Join us as we talk to Lysa Dixon, Mortgage Specialist at TMG Averbach mortgages. Lysa is an experienced Mortgage Professional who has worked with many cohousing clients.
We’ll also be joined by Yonas Jongkind from Amisto Cohousing Society, who is helping to facilitate East Van Cohousing. Yonas will be able to answer more detailed questions specific to the East Van Cohousing project.
In this session, Lysa will answer your questions about the mortgage process for the buyers of East Van’s individual Cohousing units, including topics ranging from the amount of down payment, mortgage qualifying, documentation you will need, and more.
There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions!
