In this weekend course, you’ll learn from the leading architect and builder of cohousing communities globally.

The Getting-It-Built Workshop is a weekend-long workshop led by Charles Durrett. Through activities and group discussion cohousing groups learn how to clarify their values and learn how to create their management team. Development (including financial and legal), design, and feasibility is discussed.

Charles is the top cohousing architect in North America, a cohouser at Nevada City Cohousing in California, and has numerous awards for his work, including the World Habitat Award from the United Nations. Together with his team at The Cohousing Company, they have designed more than 50 cohousing communities in the United States and around the world.
