Eight families in Our Urban Village, a 12 unit cohousing community in Vancouver, moved in this summer. Kathy Sayers, one of OUV’s founding members, will talk about this innovative project built in partnership with a socially conscious developer. She’ll discuss what worked and the special challenges of building an urban cohousing community in an expensive city.
