Update September 2020

WE are pleased to provide you with this update to our project. WE now have computer renderings of the project. It really needs some explanation so feel free to contact us to discuss. Basics of the project are below.

  • A 20 living unit condo style building with indoor access to the common areas year round.
  • Currently we own a 28 acre site. The final size likely to be about 5 acres for the development so there is plenty of room to create a unique project. This will allow for a solar field for power as well as massive gardens.
  • Three levels:
    • Level 1 – underground parking. The common house occupies a south face and is above ground (we are on a gentle slope) opening out to a large outdoor deck.
    • Levels 2 and 3 – living units. Approximately 1,450 square feet to 1,150 square feet in area. All with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
  • The building is a “donut” with living units surrounding a large central atrium lit with skylights. All units have an outdoor deck.
  • There is the possibility of 4 (possibly more) individual lots for free standing homes.
